So this is technically my 3rd week back to stretching regularly but it's only my 2nd update because I never got around to posting one last week... oops.
In my bridge, I've definitely gotten my hands closer to my ankles
and it makes a better curve than before.
It's the same with my elbow bridge, too.
I haven't been able to get into a split since about two weeks ago, which is really frustrating. I overstretched and ended up injuring myself a bit. It healed up after a week but set me back so now I'm working on getting my left split (again) and the other two ways, as well. Who knows? Maybe I'll be able to do a split all three ways by the end of this month.
Right now, I'm really focussing on improving my spinal flexibility and strength before I really get into the hand-balancing part of it all.
Hopefully, I will be able to update next week. I'm moving on the 20th though and then I'll be in a hotel until the 22nd. So I'm not sure how that'll work. Maybe updated every 2 weeks will just have to be my set schedule.
